Hello and welcome to my first blog post. Today, I thought I would share with you some of the landscapes that I’ve been enjoying painting recently. I bought a lovely 5 x 7 300gsm %100 cotton paper watercolour pad from Temu of all places and it’s been a really lovely medium to use to experiment with landscapes. I live in a beautiful part of Devon surrounded by countryside views and have always felt very intimidated painting them. Howwever, I feel something has clicked within me recently and I’ve just started to go for it. I have done a selection of landscapes and whilst they are inspired by my surroundings I have definitely used some artistic license with process. Here are a few of them.

I went on to buy some 8×10 mounts for them from Amazon and I think they finish them off nicely. I’ve gone and listed them on Etsy so I’ll keep you informed with how that goes.
